How I Work
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all healing.
Every session starts with listening - really listening - to where you are right now. Together we look at what's happening in your body, your emotions and your energy field. Then we work - gently and collaboratively - on what actually needs attention.
Some people feel a shift in the first session. For others, it unfolds more gradually. Either way I'm with you every step.
