"My children and I have all seen Kerri and have become better versions of ourselves because of her work. When I first saw Kerri I had many hidden emotions (many of which were related to other people more so than myself). Kerri taught me to tune in to my own emotions and what I am feeling to help me let go of any energy and emotions that are no longer serving me. This has enabled me to have more stable emotions and improved energy levels.

My son (8 years old) had terrible anxiety particularly around large crowds, he always struggled in school assemblies even if he was just in the crowd. Kerri has taught him strategies so he is now able to manage his own anxiety and feel comfortable in situations he previously couldn’t handle. 

My daughter (11 years old) had issues with toxic friendships and Kerri’s work has enabled her to now handle these situations with confidence. The teachers at school have commented on how well she has handled these situations and releasing the negative emotions has improved her concentration and effort in school work. I would highly recommended Kerri, she is so warm and allows space for you to work through complex emotions and feelings in a safe space. She is very supportive and has a lovely caring nature.
