In our fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel disconnected—like you’re moving through life on autopilot, constantly giving but rarely taking a moment to just be. That’s why I created the Harmony Healing Circle—a sacred space where you can press pause, reconnect with yourself, and truly nurture your soul.
So, what exactly is the Harmony Healing Circle? It’s this lovely gathering we have every month on Saturday afternoon. We come together - people just like you and me - to connect, to calm our minds, and to clear out any energy that’s been feeling heavy. We meditate, we receive some energy healing, and we just have these real, heartfelt conversations.

Where you can let go of all that stress and just breathe. It’s a place where you can find your center again, where you can tap into that deep well of inner peace that’s always there, waiting for you.
What I love most about the Harmony Healing Circle is the sense of community. We’re all on this journey together, and it’s so powerful to have that support. Whether you’re celebrating a win or working through something tough, there’s this amazing energy of understanding and upliftment. It’s a space where you can really be yourself, with out any judgement.
